PTLabs was founded and incorporated in 2000 by environmental scientist principals Mark D. Feitelson, MS, and Vinicius (Vini) Bandeira, MA. Mr. Feitelson is a graduate of William & Mary University. He has over 35 years of experience in the environmental industry. Mr. Bandeira, is a graduate of Wartburg College and Montclair State University. He has over 25 years of experience in the environmental laboratory industry.
